Mitshaw Technologies is the team behind Gateway-LLM. We’re remote-first, engineering-led, and small enough that whoever reads your application will probably be the person you work with.

We’re looking for engineers who care about the boring parts: latency budgets, error handling, well-typed APIs, docs that don’t lie. If that description makes you wince, we’re probably not for you. If it makes you sit up, keep reading.

What working here looks like

  • Async-first, but a 30-min sync once a week.
  • Real ownership: you ship the thing end-to-end.
  • Founders are accessible — small enough that they have to be.
  • Apache 2.0 OSS. Your work is in public.
  • Compensation: fair cash, real equity.
  • Remote stipend, learning budget, and time to use it.

  • Senior Go Engineer (Backend / Routing)

    Remote · Anywhere ±5 GMT

    Own the smart-router internals: classifier, deployment selection, retry budgets, circuit breakers. Strong Go, stronger taste in API design. You should have shipped infrastructure that other teams depend on.

    Own the Next.js admin UI and the marketing site you are reading. Tailwind, framer-motion, opinions about typography. Bonus: data-viz instincts, because this is a product about routing decisions and savings curves.

    Write the docs, the blog, the example apps, the conference talks. You should have built things, not just talked about them. We expect you to ship code at least once a week.
